Slight case of the Baby Bug

I just got back from a 5 day trip to Georgia. I spent time with one of my very best girlfriends and her family. She had a baby girl almost 3 months before my wedding in October and I never got to see the lovely little lady. I finally got the chance to meet her, and man, was it love at first sight!

I really thought that I had the baby bug. I am pretty that there were two days where I had it really bad. Then I had to tend to Charli while she had a raging screaming fit on the way to the airport and I was totally over it. Sorry hubby. 

It was a much needed trip to visit one of my very best friends and I had a fantastic time. I fell in love with little Charli and cannot wait until the next time I get to see her!

I also got some knitting done along the way. I forgot to take pictures. My girlfriend Tricia already claimed the scarf I was knitting, hopefully I'll get a picture up soon!

More Mug Rugs!!!

I can't stop making them. I really need to stop, but they are so much fun and pretty easy to make.

These were not nearly as planned as the mug rugs I made here. I made them SOLELY from scraps! With the exception of the pea green fabric I snagged from Joann's last minute. I am really a terrible fabric cutter. I have a lot of scraps. It was exciting to make some scrappy things, so take a look:

I have to finish up binding most of these babies. Not exactly sure of their purpose yet; I may be storing them away for starting my shop or craft fair.

Ciao 2010!

I started this blogging adventure on November 15th and I only wish that I had started sooner! 2010 was an amazing year! I planned a wedding, got married, moved into a new apartment with Hubby, went to Aruba, bought a car (yesterday), and crafted a little bit. 

2010 Stats:

1) Bucket list STARTED with 70 items
2) I completed 3 items from the bucket list since I started blogging
3) I am beginning 2011 with a list of 99 items
4) I have made 27 posts (including this one)

6) I have received 898 hits (not including mine!)

2011 Wishes:
